Our Three Clinics
Our telehealth clinics focus on collaborative care. Currently, health care is being fragmented as single-service clinics pop up, and your primary healthcare provider is kept out of the loop.
Your GP is integral in coordinating your care, but GPs can't know everything about everything!
It is our aim to fill any gaps with quality and evidenced based care, combining lifestyle medicine with pharmaceutical care where appropriate.
All our Telehealth consults are video-based, so you connect with your treating health professional in a meaningful way
Looking for individualised medical care for weight management?
Online weight loss consultations can be just what the doctor ordered!
Our team provides excellent care, blending the power of lifestyle medicine with evidence-based pharmaceutical options for improved metabolic health and weight loss.
Our team consists of qualified and registered health professionals who can provide a range of mental health therapies via telehealth.
Online mental health appointments are convenient and time efficient
Combining lifestyle medicine with evidence-based mental health therapy will have you feeling better soon. Medicare rebates may be available in some cases
Menopause and perimenopause can cause enormous suffering for women, but it needn't be this way.
Now, women can access online menopause consultations.
Lifestyle medicine, hormonal therapies, and pharmaceuticals can all play a role in improving health and making you feel better. Medicare rebates available

Metabolic Health
You do not need a referral but our doctors will communicate with your care team unless you specifically don’t want them to.
Mental Health
Yes, you do need a Mental Health Care Plan ( also called a mental health treatment plan) from your GP to access medicare rebates for your counselling sessions.
You will get access to 10 sessions that attract a medicare rebate. Please the rebate does not cover the entire cost of the consultation
Menopause
You do not need a referral for your initial appointment with a menopause GP.
However, for you to access a medicare rebate for this consultation, we need to establish a formal relationship with your clinic.
If you do not wish to have your GOP involved, then you are unable to obtain a medicare rebate.
This is a Govt Medicare policy and is out of our control.
However, we believe whole heartedly in collaborative care and having your regular GP as the co-ordinator of your care, so please list your GP’s details wherever possible.
We will correspond with your GP to establish this formal relationship, so you can obtain a medicare rebate.
